About the Role

The Process House Coordinator is accountable for the governance framework, adoption, and continuous development of Bilfinger's Process House. The role acts as the central coordination point for Process House standards, guidance, governance activities, stakeholder enablement, and selected process modeling in SAP Signavio.

The Bilfinger Process House is the global framework for documenting, governing, standardizing, and continuously improving business processes. In this role, you will help make the Process House a living system by connecting stakeholders, enabling process communities, facilitating governance, and ensuring that standards and guidance are understood and applied across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Governance & Process Excellence:

  • Monitor compliance with Process House governance standards, process review cycles and approval requirements. Escalate governance issues where required
  • Act as custodian of process modeling standards, conventions, consistent terminology as well as quality guidelines and assurance principles
  • Maintain Process House standards, governance documentation, guidelines, training materials, and supporting documentation, including RACI matrices, organizational interfaces and modeling conventions
  • Model selected processes in SAP Signavio and support stakeholders with BPMN know-how, modeling guidance, and practical tool expertise. Ensure Signavio being the “single source of truth” regarding process mapping
  • Gather feedback, monitor adoption indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and balance governance quality with pragmatic implementation effort

Performance Management & Steering:

  • Define, maintain and report Process House KPIs and governance metrics, including process maturity, rollout progress and adoption
  • Prepare governance reports, decision papers and status updates for the Steering Committee and Executive Management
  • Facilitate Steering Boards, governance meetings, stakeholder alignments, and decision-making processes

Transformation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain the Process House roadmap and support prioritization of enhancement initiatives across all process domains
  • Ensure alignment between the Process House, major transformation programs, digitalization initiatives and AI use cases
  • Promote, explain, and continuously develop the Process House concept across functions, regions, and process communities

Enablement & Community Management:

  • Build and enable the Process House community through training, guidance, ad hoc support, and structured exchange formats

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Process Management, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in process management, governance, transformation, internal consulting, project management, or a related function
  • Strong understanding of business process management, process standardization, governance frameworks, and stakeholder enablement
  • Practical experience with SAP Signavio, BPMN, process modeling, and modeling conventions is strongly preferred
  • Ability to structure complex topics, create clear guidance, facilitate decision-making, and translate concepts into practical implementation support
  • Excellent communication skills in English, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to balance quality standards with pragmatic business needs
  • German language skills are an advantage
