Job Description

As a Process Governance Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring compliance in a company with over 130 years of history, aligning processes and deals with corporate policies. In your daily work, you review closed agreements, identify deviations, and guide commercial teams through active negotiations. Your contribution is essential to driving process excellence and standardization. Additionally, you collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and leadership, strengthening organizational alignment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide global process governance guidance to Commercial Operations, supporting risk assessment, approvals, and process follow-up.
  • Offer expertise across all phases of the ITO process, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for risk and process assessments, while reactively ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales, commercial teams, and approvers to streamline communication and improve approval agility for complex deals.
  • Mentor and support global commercial teams, fostering alignment across regional and global deal desks.
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives, driving standardization, adoption, and continuous optimization.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Fluent English is required, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German are desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercial processes, business operations, and Lean methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge on Grid SW ITO procedure as well as Grid SW Advisory procedure
  • Strong analytical, accounting, and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrix environments, managing multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills, with experience fostering teamwork, accountability, and coordinating team activities.
