Job Description

Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirement. Good communication skills, able to solve problems without guidance, basic computer skills (input completed product). able to lift and carry weight up to 30 pounds and able to work in elements indoor and outdoor conditions.

  • Inspect XL Systems products to verify compliance with applicable quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Perform product repair, rework, and finishing activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
  • Process, handle, stage, and prepare products for shipment to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers.
  • Execute manufacturing and finishing processes while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Perform material handling activities, including loading, unloading, movement, storage, and organization of products and materials.
  • Utilize measuring devices, inspection tools, and established procedures to verify product conformance.
  • Complete required production, inspection, quality, and shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support yard, production, and finishing operations as required to meet business objectives and customer commitments.
  • Identify and report product, process, equipment, and safety concerns and participate in corrective actions when required.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and other departments to support operational goals.
  • Learn and apply XL Systems products, proprietary technologies, processes, and workplace procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and product handling practices.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned by the Process & Finish Manager.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, inspection, material handling, industrial operations, or a related environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, specifications, and other operational documentation.
  • Experience using basic measuring devices and inspection tools is preferred.
  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
