Tetra Pak is seeking a Process Expert Plan to Fulfil (P2F) Manufacturing Planning and aATP to help build, implement and maintain the next generation of Manufacturing processes and solutions.
The Process Expert will work with our business organisations to understand their requirements to be successful and to come up with innovative ways to automate and digitise our business processes according to design principles, securing harmonization and standard IT solutions. The successful candidate will thrive on solving difficult problems and adapting emerging technology to meet Tetra Pak’s business challenges.
This role will require very strong communication and coordination skills as it is expected to be a main Point of Contant between sub teams in Plan to Fulfil and NCSP transversals for Master data design & migration, Testing, Data & Analytics and more. It will also require good people skills, and a proven track record of getting things done with both formal and informal authority.
The role is responsible for managing Manufacturing Planning and advanced Available to Promise process under the end-to-end P2F process and corresponding solutions. Act as the “guardian of standard” by applying the Design Principles in every solution offered. Interact with all relevant Value Stream teams to understand the business needs and to be able to design solutions to meet their needs. Develop solutions to business execution challenges through the application of design principles and with heavy focus on process harmonization across all Tetra Pak’s businesses. Drive process improvements by leveraging vendor-led innovation.
The Process Expert will report to the P2F Manufacturing Planning and aATP Process Lead within the Process Office organisation.
The position requires a flexibility up to 20% international travel.
This is a temporary position ending September 2027. The preferred location is Lund, but we might be open to evaluating other locations within EMEA.
