You’ll make a difference by:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Manage payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, incentives, leave records, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, income tax regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and statutory filings.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and confidential data with high accuracy and security.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including tax adjustments, Form 16 generation, and compliance reporting.

Your success is grounded in

• 5 yrs – 8 yrs of experience into India Payroll.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
