You’ll make a difference by:

  • Responsible for performing Closing & Reporting and Fixed Asset accounting activities for Siemens Business Units.
  • Ensure process accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed with HUB AC and Business Units.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units/Divisions during month-end closing activities and coordinate with the HUB AC team to resolve pending actions.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Support and execute month-end closing activities in accordance with business requirements.
  • Meet performance targets and service expectations agreed with customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, assist in completing assigned responsibilities, and deliver training when required.

Your success is grounded

  • Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in accounting processes related to Closing & Reporting and Fixed Assets will have an added advantage
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Reconciliations, Closing & Reporting, or Fixed Asset Accounting using ERP systems such as SAP or Spiridon.
  • Graduate in Finance/Accounting with good knowledge of Closing & Reporting (C&R) and Fixed Assets (FA) processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges while maximizing improvement opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts or early morning shifts, as business requirements demand.
