You’ll make a difference by:

  • Coordination with store, incoming quality and commercial team for on time GRN posting, quality clearance & invoice booking.
  • Planning of project wise procurement
  • Follow up and comply with all supplier delivery date confirmations.
  • Follow up on missing parts in collaboration with the planning and production departments.
  • Help process and resolve accounts payable exceptions.
  • Ensuring timely material availability at shop floor as desired and of correct quality.
  • Manage and analyze component inventories in collaboration with the planning department.
  • Visiting local or outstation supplier and if required staying near outstation supplier for ensuring timely availability of material.
  • Prepare, maintain & communicate various performance indicators.

Your success is grounded

  • 4+years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management and customer support with a demonstrable understanding of business operational activities; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Should have hands-on experience on import activities and documentation, including coordination with EXIM, MIRO team Etc.
  • Should have experience in converting P.R into P.O in SAP.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Interpersonal skills that allow for goal accomplishment when working with different business teams are required to be successful in this role.
  • Solid organizational skills including detail, time management, and problem-solving skills required.
