Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, the Process Excellence Lead helps ElectraNet improve how work gets done by designing simpler, more efficient and customer‑focused end‑to‑end processes.
Working closely with leaders and cross‑functional teams, the role applies lean thinking, service design and data‑driven analysis to understand current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies and design practical, sustainable improvements.
This is a hands‑on process design role. The Process Excellence Lead focuses on doing the deep process work — translating business needs into tangible artefacts and supporting teams to implement improved ways of working.

You may come from a background such as business analysis, process excellence, lean operations, service design or operational transformation, and have demonstrated experience designing and improving complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
