Job Summary

Cummins is seeking a dynamic and innovative Employer Branding & Process Excellence Manager to support Talent Acquisition across India and the Pacific region. This role will lead initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, enhance recruitment processes, advance technology and AI adoption, improve diversity hiring outcomes, and deliver actionable talent insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of Talent Acquisition by driving operational excellence, innovation, and candidate experience across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies across India and the Pacific region.
  • Lead recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Partner with Communications, HR, and business stakeholders to strengthen Cummins' employer value proposition.
  • Manage employer brand presence across digital platforms, universities, and professional networks.
  • Develop engaging content and campaigns to enhance awareness of Cummins as an employer of choice.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Standardize recruitment operations and establish best practices across markets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
  • Support change management and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Technology Enablement & AI Innovation
  • Lead adoption and optimization of recruiting technologies and digital solutions.
  • Partner with HR technology teams to implement enhancements and automation opportunities.
  • Identify innovative applications of AI throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support pilot programs, technology deployments, and capability-building efforts across the region.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Support and advance diverse hiring strategies across India and the Pacific region.
  • Develop partnerships and sourcing channels that broaden access to diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders to promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor hiring trends and recommend initiatives that strengthen workforce representation.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Analyze recruiting trends, labor market data, and talent metrics to support business decisions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
  • Support workforce planning, forecasting, and executive reporting activities.
Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Lead cross-functional projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, Communications, Technology, and business leaders.
  • Coordinate regional and global programs that support Talent Acquisition transformation.
  • Drive communication, governance, and knowledge-sharing across the Talent Acquisition community.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Operations, Process Improvement, HR Technology, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, digital transformation, or talent technology solutions is preferred.

Experience: Good depth of experience in project support or management, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function, demonstrating a capability in managing projects or components within larger programs.

Good to have 12+ years into the same domain.
This role operates across the India and Pacific region, partnering with global Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Communications, and business leaders to drive strategic talent initiatives. The position is responsible for adapting global programs to regional needs, leading cross-country projects, influencing diverse stakeholder groups, and identifying innovative practices that enhance employer brand, recruiting effectiveness, technology adoption, and candidate experience across multiple markets and cultures.
