Responsibilities:

• Provide hands‑on, real‑time troubleshooting support for compression and injection molding processes to maintain safe, stable production.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters within approved limits to address quality issues, scrap, cycle time, and downtime.
• Support operators by responding to machine alarms, conducting first‑piece checks, and resolving part‑quality concerns.
• Perform basic inspections and checks on molding presses, auxiliary equipment, robotics, sensors, and material handling systems.
• Document process observations, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities to support traceability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to identify root causes and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events, 5S, and data collection to improve process stability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments, ideally supporting molding, machine operation, or process troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment and process issues quickly and effectively.
• Working knowledge of process controls, basic quality inspection methods, and manufacturing KPIs (scrap, yield, downtime).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD) a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams and coach others on technical topics.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
