Responsibilities:

• Support process optimization and continuous improvement activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues
• Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement technical solutions
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Technical education or equivalent experience in manufacturing/process engineering
• Basic knowledge of production processes and industrial equipment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment
