Your Role As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, ensure product quality, and promote safety. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams -including design engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations -to support new product introductions, stabilize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also serves as a technical resource, supporting existing products and resolving process-related issues.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $80,500- $149,000 annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
