Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and coordinate the engineering team’s activities to improve process efficiencies across services and equipment.

  • Plan and oversee business and systems process analysis, design, implementation, and operational management activities.

  • Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas for standardization and improvement.

  • Implement process enhancements to promote effective business operations and streamline workflows.

  • Conduct evaluations and experiments, collecting relevant data to support product and service development.

  • Document all experiments and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting.

  • Write detailed experience reports outlining experimental design, results, and conclusions.

  • Present findings to appropriate departments and management for review and feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product integration and process improvements.

  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.

  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process analysis and data management.
