About the role

Join Reckitt as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on manufacturing performance while contributing to Reckitt’s culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor manufacturing performance and analyze Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities within the Reckitt Production System (RPS).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies to optimize processes, improve reliability, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support process changes, validations, documentation updates, and equipment or process troubleshooting to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, technology transfers, equipment commissioning, and manufacturing optimization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and sustainability requirements while driving waste reduction, minimizing downtime, and strengthening operator capability through training and best-practice implementation.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar production environments.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment, analyzing production data, implementing process controls, and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments and supporting compliance with GMP, ISO, food safety, or similar quality and regulatory standards.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on capital projects, equipment commissioning, technology transfers, process validations, training initiatives, and operational improvement efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
