UCT is looking for a talented Process Engineering to join us in Israel!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance and support to subcontractors in CNC processes.
• Support the transfer of products and manufacturing processes to subcontractors.
• Resolve technological and process-related issues in CNC turning and milling.
• Support setup activities, first-part runs, and manufacturing process stabilization.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Follow up on corrective actions and improvements implemented by subcontractors.

Position Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Practical Engineer / Technician.
• At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Hands-on experience in CNC Turning and CNC Milling, mandatory.
• High proficiency in reading engineering drawings and understanding tolerances and GD&T.
• Experience in resolving technological and process-related manufacturing issues.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to provide training and conduct professional discussions.
• Ability to work independently and make professional decisions in the field.
• Willingness to travel to subcontractors in Israel and abroad.

Advantages

• Experience working with machining subcontractors and transferring products to external manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

• מתן הנחיה מקצועית ותמיכה לקבלני משנה בתהליכי CNC.
• תמיכה בהעברת מוצרים ותהליכי ייצור לקבלני משנה.
• פתרון בעיות טכנולוגיות ובעיות הקשורות לתהליכי ייצור בחריטת CNC ובכרסום CNC.
• תמיכה בפעילויות Setup, בהרצות ראשונות של חלקים (First Part Runs) ובייצוב תהליכי הייצור.
• קריאה ופרשנות של שרטוטים הנדסיים, טולרנסים ודרישות GD&T.
• מעקב אחר פעולות מתקנות ושיפורים המיושמים על ידי קבלני המשנה.

דרישות התפקיד

• הנדסאי/ת מכונות או טכנאי/ת מכונות.
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בעיבוד שבבי CNC.
• ניסיון מעשי בחריטת CNC ובכרסום CNC – חובה.
• שליטה גבוהה בקריאת שרטוטים הנדסיים ובהבנת טולרנסים ודרישות GD&T.
• ניסיון בפתרון בעיות טכנולוגיות ובעיות הקשורות לתהליכי ייצור.
• שליטה גבוהה בעברית ובאנגלית, כולל יכולת להעביר הדרכות ולקיים דיונים מקצועיים.
• יכולת לעבוד באופן עצמאי ולקבל החלטות מקצועיות בתחום.
• נכונות לנסיעות לקבלני משנה בישראל ובחו"ל.
