- Driving the IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) implementation and continuous improvement activity on the line through FI, WPI, AM, PM pillar, Planning and warehouse management implementation.
- Learning the technology of the line and become proficient with operating the line.
- Identifying losses and prioritize the actions to eliminate the losses.
- Be able to conduct the root cause analysis and breakdown management.
- Build the capability of the operator through training and qualification.
- Be Line level systems owner, is part of the site’s pillars team and owns site level systems for these pillars.
- Working with line organization on the daily management system and 24 hours direction setting.
Job specific requirements:
- English proficiency for skills: This is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and partners.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical or Food Science/Technology)
- Experience in continuous improvement positions such as operational excellence, manufacturing excellence, process engineer. Prefer IL6S roles.

Key skill & competency:
- Process & Packaging technology: Learned on the job with the help of the engineering academic background, should learn how to operate the equipment independently and gets proficient to teach, created new standards and implement them.
- Engineering: Apply technical engineering skills (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical) to do practical problem solving and loss elimination.
- Consumer & Customer Focus: Help the line managers and the organization on the floor to deliver the daily agenda on the line, delivering the right quality and eliminating all kinds of waste in the operations.
- Bias for Action: Provides consistent and near real time information, decisions can be taken quickly in the daily management system and 24hrs direction setting meeting.
- Building Talent & Teams: The site vision is to move to line-aligned structured & 6star setup, and we require IL6S Engineer’s with a passion for achieving results through great teamwork, an ability to teach new tools and methodologies.
- Accountability & Responsibility: Taking responsibility for building team’s performance and sharing your best interventions to help support other lines in their improvements.
- IL6S: Apply the full set of IL6S methods and tools to identify root causes, define countermeasures and validate their effectiveness; mastery of AM, PM, FI, QC and Logistics methods and tools. Establish standards to support line operators sustain new basic conditions.
- Analytical capability: Collect and analyse complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.
