Process Engineer -Tile Cutting
Shaw Industries is seeking a driven and analytical Process Engineer to support and improve our Tile Cutting manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career or developing engineer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while building strong technical, operational, and leadership skills.
In this role, you'll work alongside maintenance, quality, technical, and operations teams to improve safety, efficiency, reliability, and product quality. You'll be exposed to process optimization, capital projects, root-cause analysis, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives while receiving mentorship from experienced engineering and manufacturing leaders.
