Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop new methods, process designs, and new technologies, and ensure their compliance and implementation.
• Continuously improving existing operations to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
• Improve work processes by supporting and assisting the production process to promote and implement improvement concepts, log issues, and track problem resolution.
• Identify ways to reduce production costs and improve production quality through various suggestions (e.g., new processes, justification for procuring equipment to improve efficiency and quality).
• Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality Control team to ensure the final product meets specified requirements, including technical support and Troubleshooting.
• Ensure working conditions fully comply with the company's SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the industrial engineering or manufacturing field.
• Experience in setting up and defining machine and mechanism parameters.
• Highly proficient in the design of experiments and data analysis software.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems for integrated business operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering tools.
