Process Engineer (Senior Engineer / Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new products, new materials and new processes, and responsible for the manufacturability analysis and mass production introduction of evaluation products

• Put forward the process optimization plan, carried out verification and result analysis, and completed the formulation, implementation and update of process documents

• Responsible for the analysis and defect improvement of adverse problems in the battery production process, identification of possible failure modes in the mass production process of new product introduction, and output effective process control methods

• Responsible for product process route and data collection and maintenance

• Responsible for process optimization, improvement of process flow and parameters, and improvement of optimal rate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanical science and engineering

• More than 3 years of experience in lithium battery technology or product development

• Familiar with the manufacturing process standards of lithium batteries

• Good team communication skills
