
Process Engineer Product Lifecycle Data Management (All Genders)
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a Process Engineer Product Lifecycle Data Management bridging manufacturing needs with technical solutions. You'll translate requirements from factory operations into application implementations, supporting HPM's software landscape and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role:
Develop, implement and continuously improve standardized PLDM toolset and ERP systems for industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain.
Capture learnings, share best practices and drive knowledge exchange globally through Communities of Practice.
Engage stakeholders and support teams in adopting new capabilities through structured releases, training and continuous improvement.
Manage and support change requests through Change Control Board (CCB) to meet business requirements.
Ensure Quality System elements, tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures and work instructions remain aligned.
You should bring the following:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field with business background (Master's a plus).
Strong manufacturing, industrialization or manufacturing engineering experience, including 5+ years in PLM business process development.
Ability to bridge process and application/technical teams.
Understanding how manufacturing requirements translate into technical implementation.
Strong English communication skills required for global support responsibilities.
Willingness to work in Böblingen, with the 3-day office policy applying.
Strong ownership, confidence, can-do attitude, and team orientation.

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €93,050.83 – €124,067.77 We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for Short Term Incentive, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
