Job Title: Operations Engineer

Location: Singapore
Experience: 5+ Years
Joining: Early joiners preferred

We are looking for an Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in biopharma manufacturing operations The role focuses on shopfloor execution, equipment support, GMP compliance, and operational support of automation systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support production equipment (pH meters, weighing scales, shopfloor instruments)
• Support Single-Use Systems (SUS) in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Coordinate and ensure incoming material readiness for production activities
• Execute and support Process Qualification (PQ) activities
• Provide operational support for DeltaV DCS
  • Understanding of run logic
  • Basic troubleshooting and operations alignment
• Support day-to-day GMP manufacturing operations and documentation
• Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, and Automation teams
• Use SAP for material, production, or inventory-related activities (preferred)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in biopharma / pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong exposure to GMP operations and qualification activities
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and shopfloor execution
• Working knowledge of DeltaV / automation environments (operations-focused)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment
• Singapore work authorization required

Preferred

• Experience working in a biologics or sterile manufacturing environment
• Availability to join at short notice
