募集組織の紹介
エンジニアリング室 CAPEXグループは、成田工場の設備投資プロジェクトを計画・推進する部門です。生産能力向上、設備更新、安全・品質改善を目的とした設備導入や改造を担当し、工場の持続的な成長を支えています。業務では製造、品質、EHSをはじめとした多くの関係部門や外部ベンダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを進めるため、幅広い知識や経験を身につけることができます。また、自動化やデジタル技術の活用も推進しており、より安全で効率的な工場づくりに取り組んでいます。
本募集枠は、プロセスエンジニアとして下記職務に対応いただきます。
職務内容
成田工場の製造設備、プロセス機器、ユーティリティ設備に関するエンジニアリング業務を担当し、安全性、品質、規制要件、生産能力および事業要求を満たす設備の設計・導入・維持管理を推進する。設備投資（CAPEX）プロジェクトの企画・実行、設備改善、能力分析、技術導入、設備トラブル対応および継続的改善活動をリードし、製造、品質、EHS、保全、自動化、外部ベンダーなどの関係部門と連携しながら安定供給と事業成長に貢献する。

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
