As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class manufacturing performance.
You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and controlling manufacturing processes to consistently meet customer and business requirements. Using statistical methods, advanced process control tools, and proven continuous improvement methodologies, this role ensures processes are stable, capable, and efficient.
This is a first‑shift position at our Piqua plant; however, flexibility is required to support production needs and improvement initiatives for all Hobart Brothers facilities.
