MISSIONS
The sERVICE holder’s overall responsibility is :
ACTIVITIES
1. To adopt and to demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE, to respect Project HSE requirements/regulations and to ensure implementation of HSE rules.
2. To ensure that the design is developed until start-up in line with the Statement of Requirements.
3. To review and perform facilities process engineering studies & design, safety and technical reviews/audits and materials PO.
4. To set up and maintain work plans with the engineering contractor (if applicable; otherwise with internal organisation) to have all deliverables issued on time as per project schedule constraint.
5. To participate in the necessary technical arbitration in the electrical engineering in the event of conflicts of opinion, keeping all parties informed
6. To report to the engineering manager regularly and when decisions impacting the works or Engineering must be taken.
7. Ensure that reviews and comments of contractor’s documents are performed in due time.
8. To propose actions as required for the proper execution of the activities under his/her responsibility.
9. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support)
OBSERVATIONS ON ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS
The Service holder is accountable for:
- the performance of the LNG plant process in the continuity of the detailed engineering results,
- the control of eventual shareholder technical support (cryogenic expert and AGRU licensed expert),
- frequent technical alignment between Start-up team and Field operation when relevant
- communication to shareholders for process matter related

Location : Sohar, Oman for 2 years until Plant start-up and first LNG drop.
