Team Lithography
At Silex, our Lithography team is central to transferring intricate designs onto substrates using advanced UV exposure equipment, an essential step in the fabrication of all our products. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll contribute to and develop your skills alongside 14 talented engineers and technicians. Together, we own the lithography equipment and processes, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements. Our mission is to accelerate the introduction and development of new products while ensuring smooth, high-quality production
In this role, you will:
Develop, maintain and improve Lithography processes.
Establish, and maintain routines and documentation.
Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs).
Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production.
Participate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows.
Take responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules.
Collaboration with all levels of the organization and external vendors of the materials and equipment.
We are looking for someone who has:
A master's degree in engineering, specializing in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in an engineering role is considered an advantage, particularly experience in an industrial environment.
An understanding of lithography techniques and semiconductor processing principles is considered an advantage.
The ability to see opportunities for improvement and manage projects to follow through with those improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong skills in documentation and quality management
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a merit.
