The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment, or optimize existing ones, to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness also conduct process analysis, including time studies, value stream mapping, and bottleneck identification, to pinpoint areas for improvement.
2. You will develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams also collaborate with R&D, design, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and products.
3. You will monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track process effectiveness and identify deviations also implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. You will troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
5. You will evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies, materials, and equipment also ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, or related fields.
2. Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork; passionate about quality management.
3. Proficient in office software and basic data analysis skills.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and dedicated.
