Your Role
Join our team as an Optics Connectivity Process Engineer at Molex Guadalajara and become a key player in the continuous improvement of production processes in the optical connectivity segment. You will lead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes, tools, and new technologies, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive innovation and meet plant objectives.
