We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize assembly line processes and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize assembly line processes and parameters.
  • Create and update process documentation.
  • Analyze micro-downtime and identify root causes.
  • Monitor and analyze assembly line performance.
  • Conduct PFMEA for risk assessment.
  • Investigate mechanical failures and downtime.
  • Provide troubleshooting support on the line.
  • Implement solutions to improve quality and reduce waste.
  • Work with teams to set standards and drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields or technical education with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within electronics production
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (basic level)
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication and proactive approach
  • Strategic thinking and quality orientation
  • Ability to provide feedback and share knowledge
