Our Team

In the team, we aim to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes through robust tooling management, process control, and continuous improvement practices.

Mission

In this role, you will:

1. Drive process and quality performance

Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and DIE & tooling processes, applying Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices.

2. Monitor and improve process stability

Track quality and productivity performance, ensuring “Right First Time” production and continuous improvement of DIE & tooling processes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and enhance process capability.

Who We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Die and Tooling, Material Engineer, Mechanical, or related fields)

  • Understanding in manufacturing, process engineering, or tooling-related environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage process performance and shopfloor improvements

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Able to communicate both in Thai and English

Preferred

  • Knowledge in DIE, tooling, or related processes
