Your tasks

• Establish and update Assembly instruction, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for new production.
• Support the production for technical and quality issues with piece parts, raw-materials and processes.
• Create and update product item and BOM in SAP and perform regular time study to update existing labor cycle time standard.
• Implement CIP (continuous improvement project )on optimization of process to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Provide required training to production staffs to upgrade production knowledge and skill.
• Implement RCCA (root cause corrective action) for quality issues.
• Provide technical information for quotation and necessary support for other group.
• To ensure the highest quality standards are achieved and monitored production areas of H+S China and implement appropriate monitoring GMS systems.
• Support MQE to establish the quality standard and control plan for products.
• Performs required tests and analysis on products, samples and material to ensure quality standard being met.
• Be responsible for compiling the standard of IRIS in railway production.

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree in machinery or electrical engineering.
• 3+ years process experience in harness assembly.
• Experience on Process quality control.
• Experience on dealing with customer complaints and internal complaints.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Knowledge of IRIS is preferred.
• Good computer skill for office software as well as CAD
• English is requested in reading and writing.
