Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Process Engineer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Mission Context:

Join our client’s Transformation Office to support the shift towards a more sustainable world. The assignment is within the Invest & Financial Insurances Tribe, responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end investment solutions. The Tribe is organized into multiple squads and transversal entities, facing major challenges to accelerate digitalization and regulatory compliance. You will be part of the Advice & Contracts Cluster, working for the Invest Enabler squad, with a scope including management of Mifid Declarations, online opening of securities accounts, Pension Online, and FlexInvest. The environment is Agile, requiring quick adaptation to market trends and regulatory requirements. All responsibilities are carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you benefit from our dynamic and supportive framework.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
• Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS and TO BE)
• Review and update existing process descriptions, model data
• Develop process strategies
• Process governance
• Process documentation and optimization
• Document management
• Accurate reporting towards management

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good
• French: Native or fluent
• English: Fluent

Education:

• Master or Bachelor

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role as Process Engineer or Business Analyst

Technical Experience:

• Strong technical writing skills and strong expertise with process modelling techniques and methods
• Excellent experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience in the banking sector
• Preferable: Experience in investment, Mifid
