Handle production line issues.
Plan production specifications, materials, production lines, machinery and costs
Improve process defect and scrap rates, evaluate optimal product manufacturing processes, develop production processes and standards
Maintain work environment and safety
Develop and execute the process SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Monitor and improve equipment process quality
Tasks assigned by managers
Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese (HSK5 or above)
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering-related majors
No experience required
Willing to learn and develop in the PCB industry (receive training from the beginning)
