How you'll make an impact
Lead and execute projects within varistor manufacturing
Analyze, optimize, and further develop production processes
Introduce new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods
Validate and stabilize processes while balancing quality and cost targets
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment
Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
Create and maintain process documentation and technical reports
Your background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
High level of initiative and ownership
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
