【JOB DESCRIPTION】

• Lead pilot line metallization process, related technologies, equipment and material development.
• Develop understanding in flexible and rigid PCB metallization process, electrical and reliability test process.
• Support R&D new product developing by window test of process ability evaluation.
• Collaborate with application engineers driven innovation by fast prototyping and identify customer needs.
• Assist in research efforts to improve processes and products and provide total solutions through partnership with tool vendors.
• Support on process technology development to speed up product commercialization.
• Independently design experiments, execute test, collect and analyze data.
• Provide training to research assistants and sales representative.

【REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS】

• Bachelor or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or relatedfield
• Over 5 years industrial experience engaged or knowledge in PCB and/or ICsubstrates MHC , PCB tools maintenances and/or design and copper platingis a defined advantage
• Experience in technical support, DOE experience and industrial working is plus
• Independent researcher and hands-on capability as well as effectively teamwork isrequired
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Be able for travel within Asia
