QualificationsTechnical degree – Bac+5Professional experience in production – 1 to 3 years : in automotive or aeronautical manufacturing, preferably in assembly processes, production engineering, methods, or industrialization.Knowledge of production and assembly processes :Good understanding of industrial production processes, assembly operations, workstations, production flows, standard work, cycle times, line balancing, and process parameters.Ability to identify process deviations and support production performance improvement.Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing tools (SMED,VSM,Lean…)Knowledge of SAP and MTMBasic knowledge of automated production systems and equipment integrationAnalytical and problem-solving skills :Strong ability to analyze production, quality, and process data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto analysis, and PDCA.
Responsibilities Analyze process failures and quality issues.Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D methodologies.Define and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the Maintenance team.Provide technical support during serial production.Conduct feasibility studies for new production concepts.Prepare and optimize production layouts and logistics concepts for serial projects.Support PPAP, APQP, and PFMEA activities.Perform and analyze MTM/UAS time studies.Calculate production line capacity and identify capacity constraints.Define manpower requirements based on production needs.Prepare CAPEX requests in collaboration with Operations and relevant stakeholders.Create and maintain standardized work instructions.Maintain SAP routings and master data.Define and standardize production processes.Ensure proper traceability and documentation of process parameters.
