QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial ,Mechanical ,Mechatronics ,Manufacturing or Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrialization, or continuous improvement.Experience in the automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing sector is preferred.Experience supporting new product launches is an advantage.Ability to analyze interactions between products, equipment, and production processes.Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Launch teams.Advanced level of English and French communication skills.Good communication and presentation skills.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare statistical analyses of production processes.Analyze interactions between the product and manufacturing equipment.Identify opportunities for performance improvement.Ensure the implementation and verification of work plans.Carry out the necessary optimizations of processes and work methods to improve operational performance and workstation ergonomics.Support the Launch team during the introduction and start-up of new products.Participate in the A3 problem-solving process.Develop and implement the agreed-upon solutions.
