
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Manufacturing Operations team as a Process Engineer in one of three locations: Lewiston, ID; Pullman, WA; or West Lafayette, IN. As a Process Engineer, you will identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, helping to increase efficiency, quality, and safety across operations. You will work closely with production and other teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and support day-to-day manufacturing activities. You will also use data and continuous improvement principles to help drive better performance and reliable results.

Pay Range: $89,400 - $134,100 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Process Engineer level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
