We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our High Voltage Training Centre in Halden, Norway. You will become part of an important technical environment focused on developing and standardizing training processes for high-voltage cable installation, ensuring that our global project teams are equipped with the right competence to execute safely and successfully.
The High Voltage Training Centre plays a critical role in preparing personnel for field operations by transforming technical, quality, project, and HSE requirements into practical training programs, work instructions, and qualification methods.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with trainers, engineers, quality specialists, installation teams, and project organizations while supporting both operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to the Land Engineering Manager.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving standardized training processes related to high-voltage cable installation activities. You will ensure that training programs accurately reflect real project execution requirements while supporting technical competence development and qualification processes.
