Responsibilities

• Investigation of customer complaints and implementation of process optimization measures
• Definition, setup, and documentation of production parameters
• Continuous optimization and improvement of production processes
• Coordination of product and process validations, including sample production activities
• Support in organizing the preventive maintenance of injection molding tools and machines
• Preparation of reports and maintenance of up-to-date production documentation
• Close cooperation with the Value Stream Manager, Technology Department, and Logistics Team, as well as with Process Engineers and Production Supervisors
• Professional development, supervision, and leadership of Technicians and Setup Technicians (6 employees)
• Application of LEAN management tools and methodologies (FQA, LPMS, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
• Active English language skills, both written and spoken
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in identifying, investigating, and analyzing root causes
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of effectively solving problems
