As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing, monitoring, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. In this role, you will apply Lean Manufacturing principles, support production teams in solving process-related challenges, and contribute to the successful implementation of new products and manufacturing technologies. You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and other departments while driving operational excellence and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Analyze and resolve production issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and performance.
Support and develop production employees by promoting process knowledge, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate and supervise assigned production areas, ensuring process repeatability, product quality, workplace organization, and resource availability.
Lead and support new product introductions and process launches, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.
Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, technical drawings, and process standards.
Provide technical and process support to Production, Quality, and other departments across the organization.
Collaborate with the Quality Department to address customer complaints, quality issues, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor and analyze process performance through KPIs, OEE, and other operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects, including process design, process validation, and production readiness activities.
Represent the Process Engineering function during customer, internal, and certification audits.
Support the implementation and acceptance of new machinery, equipment, and production technologies while driving operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Process Engineer role within an international manufacturing environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and create technical and manufacturing documentation.
Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
Communicative level of English, including technical English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Practical project management experience of at least 2 years.
