Job Posting Title

Process EngineerDevelop process for new parts, production parts process improvement, provide technical support for product parts.

-Design fixtures, create relative process document for new parts

-Take risk analysis and precaution for product and process with team, reflected in PFMEA

-Work as a CFT member, complete relative task for each phase of APQP from engineering for new project development

-Service production; solve all process technical problems on time, responsible for implementation and improvement of process engineering. Review process documents timely and make sure all updates involved in it

-Assist to install new equipment and test new process. Debug new products and tools.

-Implement continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, ensure qualified production, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

-Provide technical support for market development and secondary machining, provide training for operators.-Optimize equipment layout and process flow

-In charge of HSE work in the responsible area, follow HSE regulation. Detail information refers to attachment <HSE responsibilities of department and position>, document number: HtO 5 063 CHI A.

Required Skills and Education

Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in PM production. Understand some PM parts process
