As a team member of the Processing Engineering team, you will participate in multiple capital and process related projects from concept through design, justification, installation, commissioning and optimization. 

The position is based in Athens, Greece.

What you will do

  • Design food processing solutions for Dairy production plants
  • Selection and sizing of components and materials according with the right food safety level demand by the type of product to produce: milk, juice, tomato, vegetable drinks….
  • Design process solution from the understanding phase until final delivery and training with our customers in commercial projects.
  • Work in a project team together with others members to cover all the parts involved in the final solution: electrical, mechanical, automation and functional engineering.
  • Site supervision and commissioning support on site with our customers for ensure the correct delivery of our projects.
  • Work close of our suppliers and others internal stakeholders (quality, supply management, technical service…)
  • Work in a pre project team for develop solutions to our customers including sales support and budget develop.
  • Manage planning, purchasing, and coordinating the installation and implementation of processes and equipment.
  • Participate in international projects inside of the project center: Italy, Greece, Israel and Cyprus.
  • Drive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives and support the General Manager with key strategic projects to support the Countertop business

We believe you have

  • Technical background, degree in Engineering field.
  • You have more than 2 years of experience in the field of process engineering, Food industry experience will be an advantage, pharma and Oil/Gas will be evaluated.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility and problem-solving competencies.
  • Creativity, action- and result-oriented mindset.
  • Open communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven person.
  • Can work independently and in a team.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach.
  • Able to work in a team, high level of communication and cooperation skills, esp. in collaboration with Project Engineering, Supply Management, Product Management, After Sales and Suppliers.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (communication and technical English and Greek).
  • knowledge in product information management desirable.
  • knowledge of Heat Exchangers in food industry.
  • knowledge of UHT production process and experience with real cases at customer site.

Estimated travelling will be 30%.
