Main Duties & Responsibilities
Intertech Plastics is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our engineering team in Denver. If you enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges, optimizing injection molding processes, and working with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll lead process development for new and existing products using scientific molding principles while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You'll work alongside engineering, production, quality, tooling, and customers to develop robust, repeatable molding processes that deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
RJG Master Molder I and/or II certification.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training.
Leadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $100,000 - $107,000.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
