At Sensata Technologies, we are looking for a Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and stability of manufacturing processes for electromechanical sensors. The role is focused on process analysis, quality improvement, reduction of scrap and defects, and implementation of solutions that increase manufacturing efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers at the beginning of their careers who want to build in-depth knowledge in manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement.
What will you do?
Analyze andoptimizemanufacturing processes to reduce scrap, defects, and production costs.
Work with statistical methods, risk analysis, PFMEA, MSA, and other process control and improvement tools.
Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Participate in customer and internal audits and present process-related information.
Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing and testing processes.
Define requirements for manufacturing equipment and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Participate in projects involving the introduction of new products and new equipment.
Work onoptimizingproduction flow and equipment layout.
Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, work instructions, checklists, and process standards.
Support the validation and qualification of processes and equipment.
Collaborate with global teams and share best practices across manufacturing locations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another engineering discipline.
Interestin manufacturing processes, quality, and technical analysis.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technologies.
Good communicationskills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally.
Goodproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Gross Annual Salary Range:
13,989.00 EUR - 19,234.60 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
