You support manufacturing excellence by designing, improving, and stabilizing production processes across engineering and test operations. Your work ensures safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing while supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead troubleshooting activities to resolve production and equipment issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure stable output and line performance.
  • Ensure new product and reference setups are completed on time and meet defined targets.
  • Monitor assembly equipment KPIs and drive actions to improve performance and reliability.Design and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase production efficiency.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for customer claims and quality issues.
  • Define equipment requirements and lead commissioning, validation, and homologation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard work instructions.

Experience Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Experience with process improvement, problem solving, and root cause analysis methods
  • Familiarity with quality systems, risk assessments, and industrial standards.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and French.
