Do something that moves you.

  • Assess current manufacturing process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Management of Change (MOC) and project management methodologies

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvement outcomes

  • Support other project leaders as an active project team member, contributing technical expertise

  • Ensure process integrity and compliance with all local, regulatory, and site requirements

  • Investigate and resolve process issues, implementing effective CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions)

  • Analyse process data, identify key measurement points, and use insights to inform decision-making

  • Develop and implement best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and product quality

  • Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline)

  • 3+ years’ post-graduate experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • CAD/AutoCAD skills (desirable)

  • Strong technical capability with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Agile leadership capability, demonstrating visionary, architect, catalyst, and coaching attributes

  • Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes

  • Innovative mindset with the ability to introduce and implement new ideas collaboratively

  • High adaptability, with a flexible approach to change and continuous improvement
