Job Description

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve AMG performance targets.

  • Provide technical support and expertise in Industrial Engineering, including PFMEA, line balancing, and efficiency improvements.

  • Define and maintain production standards and documentation (SWI, Setup Sheets, FMEA).

  • Establish and optimize production flow, methods, standard times, and capacity targets.

  • Participate in problem-solving activities and 8D teams to address quality and process issues.

  • Analyze production performance (DPMU, LMPU) and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

  • Support new product launches and machine acceptance activities to ensure process readiness.

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and AMC/AMG teams to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

  • Support the implementation of APS standards and continuous improvement tools.

  • Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

  • Coordinate engineering changes and production updates related to new products and process modifications.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing, industrial engineering, or process engineering role.

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge of work measurement, time studies, and process analysis.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Understanding of machine automation and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with PFMEA and process improvement methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to build trust, take ownership, and demonstrate accountability.
