OUR TEAM

In the Quality Team, we aim to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and manufacturing standards by driving quality performance, managing risks, and fostering continuous improvement throughout the production process.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Drive quality performance and continuous improvement: Ensure products and processes achieve defined quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned business unit or area of responsibility.

2. Manage quality risks and non-conformities: Monitor product and process performance, identify quality risks, and lead corrective actions to address non-conformities and improve customer satisfaction.

3. Promote quality standards and best practices: Collaborate with production and support teams to ensure the effective application of Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) principles and quality methodologies across operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and improving quality performance indicators within the assigned area

  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and manufacturing requirements

  • Managing product and process non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions

  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures

  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality, process engineering, manufacturing, or related environments

  • New graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication in Thai and English

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement, or root cause analysis methodologies
