Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to help drive operational excellence, improve production performance, and support the delivery of high quality products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, solve technical challenges, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and output.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support equipment reliability, process standardization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data and prepare recommendations for improvement.
• Train and support staff on manufacturing methods and process changes.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in process optimization, root cause analysis, or operational excellence.
• Familiarity with production KPIs and manufacturing data analysis.
