Process Engineer
Responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining sewing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Implements continuous improvements through Lean methodologies, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA), and project management, aligned with organizational standards and customer needs. Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve key performance indicators (productivity, quality, cost). Innovate in processes in response to changes in customer demand and product complexity. Ensure process scalability in a globalized manufacturing environment. Balance operational efficiency with operator well-being (ergonomics, safety). Optimized layouts and technical documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work standards). Continuous improvement projects with measurable results (scrap reduction, cycle time, costs). Successful implementation of engineering changes and new processes. Tracking reports for corrective actions (8Ds, AFRs) and audits. Training of personnel in new methods and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field 2+ years in production processes, preferably in manufacturing.
